Windshield washer sprayer help!

My pass side sprayer stopped working. The drivers side works fine...any ideas on what could be wrong and how to fix it?

If you disconnect the hose from the cowl nozzles does the washer fluid come out?

I can't find where they connect w taking the cowl off?? How do you do this without breaking it? I've heard lots of horror stores about taking the cowl off.

They should both be driven by the same pump, so either there's dirt in the line (unlikely) or there's something clogging the nozzle. This normally happens if you're not careful waxing and a little wax gets on the sprayer and hardens.
Also, do you use windshield washer fluid or water like some in southern climates do?

I understand. My GUESS is wax buildup on the squirter since that's pretty common. Take a close look at the nozzles.

Toothpick works good too, especially since it's wood and less risk of damaging anything (surrounding paint, etc).

I had that happen to both of mine once. They said "The line was clogged. Easy fix." So definitely check the lines and the nozzles.

Had one of mine go out... Of what I gathered they just disconnected after the pump and at the nozzle, and hooked a compressor up to the line. Just blew it through. Needle opened the nozzle itself, so I'm happy again

How come you can't unplug your wiper fluid tube without removing the cowl?

On my car the tube runs inside the drivers. Fender into the firewall...the sprayers are on the cowl...

Are you sure you can't just access it by pulling the felt pad off the roof of the hood? I'll have to take a look at mine when I get home... Now I'm curious.

You still haven't fixed this yet? Did you stick a toothpick in there to check to see that the nozzles aren't simply clogged as is very common?

I actually just stuck a toothpick in it and nothing still...that and either I need more fluid or a new motor cause the drivers side is barely working...
