I just bought a 2000 Atlantic GT Coupe 5spd on Friday. I was detailing the interior yesterday, when I found that the piece of the console that merges with dash, aka when the shifter is located. It has melted on the black piece, which is vertical facing (towards the rear of the car) the shifter. I would like to find out where to get it, so I can replace it. The leather 5spd **** is also worn down to almost knubbies. I would like to find a **** this isn't chrome, but that is argent, dark silver, or that brushed steel/aluminum look (btw, I hate chrome aka bling bling). I was looking at this one. Argent ****. Any good priced sites to buy from?

Yeah! That's it. The piece below those defrost control and such. I need that piece, b/c mine is melted on the driver's side on the second dip. I like that oval ring retainer also. I found a Hurst grip that my '68 Mustang's 4spd came with only with a running horse instead of the embossed HURST letters. HERE
