Hey Guys, I am looking to get an 04 cobra! I currently drive a SRT-4, and I love the car, but I've always wanted a mustang, and a Cobra is exactly what I am looking for!! I just want to know What are payments like on the cobra, I am planning to trade in the srt-4 and I think there are a few rebates on the cobra right now.....Also want to get an idea of what insurance on the car is...I am 21 no tickets, clean record!! Are there any hint you guys have for me on getting a Great price on the Cobra??? Oh I want new, not used.... thanks guys!!!

hey man, welcome. good luck finding one new. there might not be many left. last i heard they are offering like 3000 rebate on the cobra. the insurance is going to be close to 150+ permonth for you. it was going to be 90 permonth for me and i am 25, good record married, and have multiple cars and multiple policies with the company.

 

thay have pretty good rebates going on right now. as far as insurance the key is to shop around. I ended up paying less for the cobra than i did with the GT and have better coverage. just keep your driving record clean.

I pay less than 500.00 a month for 60months and I am 29 divorced male with a clean driving record, I pay 80.00 a month for state farm insurance.

 

Big difference compared to a 21 year old. I'm telling you being older pays off. Nice car Travis.

 

I thought that was pretty high myself. They told me it would drop 50.00 when i turn the 30. I can say I dont care how much they charge, I will still pay it because this is the best SVT product I have ever had. I enjoy it more than the 92 vette I had in school.

I am 21 and I pay less than $500 a month for mine BUT my insurance is Killer though! I have one speeding tix other than that my record clean and I had a hard time getting ins.--- when I finally found a company that would insure me I pay close to what I pay for the car each month!------(402.28)------- ----- I work for a Ford dealer in Az and I payed a little over $26,000 for mine. I have some mods nothing to crazy.

 

Go to the dealer's website, pick a vin number from the existing inventory and call your insurance company. They will be able to provide an accurate estimate of your premium.

 

george doesnt count, b/c he has too many sweet cars. and i know he cant stand it, so he will sell me the mystichrome cobra : ) i tried to get one. but couldnt find any within 500 miles that werent reserved already
