vibrations at high rpm

Hey all so the problem I have is that I am getting more than normal vibration at around 4500 rpm and above and as well as when the motor is coming back down to normal rpm range at about 2000 to 1500 I just recently had a newer transmission and motor put in the guy who did the work decided he didn't want to rebuild like he said he was going to so he put a 06 interceptor motor in I asked him what it could be from and he said it was cause he had to put an 11 inch clutch in any suggestions and at idle I can here a squeaking sound at idle rpm that sounds like it may fallow the rotation of the motor I don't know lol I need help if its a problem thanks a lot for any replies

I don't think the guy who put my motor in put new motor mounts on and is there a way to really tell if its the harmonic balancer besides just buying one and throwing it on

Look at the rubber ring that's between the hub and outer ring. If it's distorted crushed or poked out anywhere replace it
