With a tune, CAI,... You may see a 8-12 hp increase.

I have K&N ram CAI, and tune coming next spring... AM sells the SR performance 70mm for $150 which sounds like a good deal... So are they worth it?

Yes and no. The throttle body is a good start but it is really only noticeable with extra mods like complete exhaust. More money tho...

I'd spend the money on a tune/reflash. (Diablosport predator) besides gears, that's the only bolt on mod that I was actually able to feel a difference.

And to answer your question. I'd personally pass unless you have some type of full cat back, header system planned.
