I'm parting out my car and I need to remove the stock radio. Is there a special tool that I need to buy? Any help appreciated.

 

You can go to autozone and get hte ford stereo removal tools. Looks like 2 U shaped pieces of metal.

Had to take it out cause the car is totaled and I'm parting it out. The volume down button on the my new car was being a little silly so I ended up swapping those radios too.

It's pretty much my daily driver so I require a kick-butt stereo. :headbang:

My new car has MB Quart's in the doors, which I like, but I wish they had more midtones. I've always thought they were screetchy and over-rated.

 

Putting any parts on ebay by any chance? I need quite a few interior pieces for my car
