I'm 6'1, 185-190 lbs, and I seem to fit fine.

I'm 6 feet tall...oddly, I found that the '99-'04s have a little more room up front than the '94-'98s. I've heard the seat tracks were moved back a little in '99. I sat in a few of the '94-'98s when I went used car shopping a few years back, and when the seat was all the way back, my knee would still brush the steering column. My '99 and '03 don't have that problem...I can have the seat up some before my knee starts touching the column.

Back seat? Mustangs have back seats? Its not a 2+2. Its a two seater. No back seats.

Actually, with my driver seat adjusted to me, there is 1 inch between the seatback and the front of the back seat cushion.

Like I said, Mustangs don't have back seats.

A mustang backseat is defined as

"The area in which cd's get abandoned and passengers must ride that pony side saddle."
