OK, thanks for the clarification i guess it dependson the personal opinion :scratch:

 

WEll my side exhaust project just got worse, as I want to replace the steeda mufflers because they don't sound the way I want. So I just purchased SLP loudmouth resonators which are basically a in one side and out the other design. So now, off goes the steeda pipes all together and the muffler shop is going to completely fabricate me a new system around the SLP resonators. This should be interesting. But, i really want some old school zoomies like the old mad max cars...2 pipes on each side coming up to the top of the side scoop, but i think that may melt the paint..oh well.

 

the steeda mufflers dont sound that well? are they going out of the sides?

 

Yeah, they are going out the sides, but when I say they dont sound good. Thats just my opinion, I like it real loud like my 88 saleen with flowmasters or my 03 mach 1 with SLP on it. So the steedas dont meet those standards, but they sound good. just very racy, sound very good at higher rpms. but not the guttural sound I am used to.
