at one point i almost bought a saleen s/c kit, but it didn't come with the computer. so I talked to some people that said I could send mine into saleen and they'd flash it, but from what I've been told, their programs leave a lot to be desired performance wise.
dunno if its true though.

I personally wouldnt run a powerflash. The gains you get can from it can easily be done with a chip from SCT or other tuners. Also to go back to stock, you have to send your computer back to them.
Its not worth it in my opinion.

I asked my wife for a SCT chip from Bamachips.com! I really hope I get it!
Thanks for the help Scott!

thanks for the advice, theres aplcae not to far from me that does dyno tuning, however it doesnt mention weather they do it on 5.0 engines. i know alot og companies (diablo sport for one) seem to only make tuners and chips for 4.6 modular engines....im kinda clueless on this stuff anyone who can shed some light on it please do

The best a mail order tuning can do for you is up your timing and lean out your a/f. Stock for eec's will run such a different range of a/f that there is no way you will get maximum benefit from anything less than a dyno tune. Save your money, and when you get done with your mods get a good tuner to dynotune it.
