Removed isolators
Removed the front spring isolators this week from the eibach pro kit springs on my car. I have had NO additional noise due to the removal. I wrapped the tips and bottoms of the springs in electrical tape and put marine grease on the lower spring perches. Here are the before and afters.

Nah that's on the way though man gonna need em now. Just got word I have to deploy again, this time to Afghanistan so there will be a lot of goodies for the car when I get back. I am really thinking about a kenne bell but we will see when I get back. I got the rear isolators out this afternoon. No audible difference in road noise so I'm happy about that as well

Here is before and after the back ones are out 2. Im still not bottoming out on anything, so that is great. I wouldn't mind just a hair lower but I don't know how much I would lose in terms of just regular drivability.

Ok well it wasn't quite low enough for my tastes so I went ahead and ordered some h&r super sports from americanmuscle. Hopefully I'll get them by Friday and slap them in next weekend. Consequently I now have some eibach pro kit springs for sale. If anyone is interested let me know. Here are some more pics of the pro kit stance.

I removed the isolaters when I installed my lowering springs and the back "clunked" like no tomorrow, installed new lca and poly isolators for the rear and its all good now. It measures roughly 27 in the rear I don't remember the front.

I would say if you take them out man, you will definetly get close to another half inch. It made a noticeable difference in mine. It just wasn't quite where I wanted it. Just be sure to wrap the ends in tape and put some grease on them and you should be all good.

Its possible. The last time I dropped the rear they were very thin and basically in 2 pieces lol, so it probably won't give me much of anything. I want a higher spring rate then I have now anyway.
