im putting in a new starter on Friday. i was just wondering if there was anything i needed to know before getting underneath the cobra or if there was a starter in particular that is better than others?

Anyone have some help for him? Unfortunately, I'll be useless. I'd have gone in blind changing it out.

I think its a pretty straight forward procedure. Make sure you disconnect the battery first Dont need any BZZZZZZT's while working on it.

well, i couldn't get the starter off... and it wont start... so i had to push it to the dealership.....

luckily, the dealership was less than a block away... but still...
what a pain

and a friend says it may not be the starter... but the alternator? he says it may have seized up... eh
i'll let the guys at the dealership deal with it it's easier... even though i love working on my car...
