A CAI, tuner or gears would be a good start.

What he said.

Gears will not boost hp but will make it faster off the line

LOL you will never hit 300-350 with bolt ons only. You'll have to dig into the engine or go forced induction. Keep in mind the 99-04 get only make 220 rwhp..
My buddy with cams and ported heads, and full exhaust made just below 300

He can bolt on nitrous, but nitrous sucks.

Well I probably wont go F/I until I get enough money to do it right. I heard pullies should not be ran if running a S/C. So a should I get under drive pullies, a CAI, Gears, and a tuner.? I know for a fact I'm doing a full exhaust.

Best hp mods for the buck are cold air intake, upper plenum, offroad x-pipe and a tuner.

I went with 373.

And love it, my car is not a Dd.

I think 410 is too much imo

I'm not trying to steal the thread, but it's just a quick question. How badly would 4:10 gears hurt gas mileage on a 2004 V6?

Like to and from work.

How many miles a week do you drive? How much money are you willing to spend on the entertainment budget?

You will lose around 1-2mpg on 3.73, 3-4mpg with 4.10. So figure out which added cost you would be okay with for the extra fun the car will be.

I gained mpg with the 3.73's
You will really only lose if you do alot of highway driving.

its all about driving habits. You could see a gain in city driving if you are using a higher gear than you did before the gear swap.
