I wouldn't waste the money on a throttle body yet. The stock twin bore cobra throttle body will support 700 forced induction hp, with a turbo or centrifugal. I'd spend my money on the tuner, a set of cams, and the lowering springs. Later on swap to the C heads and either a 99-01 cobra intake or mach 1 intake

What are your plans for the car? TB not worth the money at your NA power levels. Modular Mustang Racing makes a nice set of billet butterfly deletes for the intake. If you want more of a screamer with top end, stick with the stock heads and intake. With a little port work not much better in higher RPM's. once you start getting into cams...it becomes a whole new ball game with cost of parts. And pulling down that top end is no joke if you have to pay labor. I have well over 10k in the heads alone on my 98 cobra
