THose of you who have read my other post on leaking window heard how my passenger quarter window is leaking and therefore soaked my passenger seatbelt. As I tried to dry and assess the damage, the seatbelt became locked and will not retract. Any ideas???how to get this thing to retract. Also, where can I buy a seatbelt for an 01 stang, cheap. THe dealer will not replace because the car has over 50,000 miles; and they quoted me over 300 for a new seatbelt. Thanks

I have a simular problem on my passenger side seat belt. It is twisted at the begining of the belt inside the side panel. So when I pull it out will not auto retract. Only thing I can think of is to take the door panel off and try to un twist it. But im not sure if I want to do that. For now my wife has to guide the seat belt back into the panel...... :bang: :bang:

go to a junkyard. Sell the whole car is the best choice.
