Looks like Middle East somewhere?

Welcome!

I would say that the easiest way to 500 hp would be through forced induction, and even then you are going to find a lot of headaches getting that much power. What is the main purpose of the car going to be?

yes ..

Thank you

But what do you propose to do for the development of the car ..

Do you replace the engine of 4.6 to 5.6??

The purpose of the is to show and race some time

Hmmm . . .

I would find out what parts are most accessible and are you planning on working on the car yourself or taking it to a shop?

If you are wanting more HP/TQ are you also prepared to upgrade other drivetrain components? (Clutch, Transmission, etc.)

Perhaps installing a supercharger or turbocharger would be the easiest way to go. You may not hit your 500hp goal, but what's in a number anyway?!

If it were me . . . . I might obtain a Hellion Turbo Kit.

you dont need to increase the displacement. 500hp is obtainable with just 4.6L or 281 cubic inches. Roush has a supercharged 4.6L Mustang that produces 540hp at the crank. i dont know whats all done to the engine besides the TVS supercharger, but this isnt the same 4.6L as yours. if you do decide to go the forced induction route then it might be better to build the engine from the block on up with better parts (rods, pistons, injectors, ect.).

For whatever reason people seem much more comfortable pushing extreme amounts of power with turbos more than with superchargers. I don't really know why, but that seems to be what their kits are geared for. I would say that if you just want to hit the 500hp mark then that is probably your ticket. Get all of the supporting mods done first so your drivetrain doesn't implode under the boost, and then have at it.

And like some people have said, the 5.4 is not a necessity to get to the magical 500, but if you are going for the wow factor, a Navigator DOHC 5.4 does look pretty cool under the hood...

easiest way is to throw on any supercharger you can get and then spray a 150 shot of nitrous. Thats the easiest way I could think of other then just spraying a 250hp shot of nitrous.

dont worry about getting another motor! the one you have is good enough. there are alot of ways to go about this! it will all depend on your budget though. so get a figure together that you are able to spend then add another 1k on to it because some things will come up!

also where you are located has a big factor in what parts are available and keep in mind your shipping rates.

i spent time overseas and shipping can be costly!

and where you are will pay a crucial part in the motor as in the climate (heat and the elivation) keep all that in mind on your build. might want to upgrade your cooling system!

I think the roush engine is the same dohc mill thats in the mach 1 and cobras. Higher revline, quicker revs, and several other things. With the way the engine is built u can mount a supercharger on top and most of thos superchargers like the kenne-bell, eaton, etc. Can easily achieve that 500hp benchmark. The vortech supers (centrifugal style) actually kinda look like a turbo and another main difference is they build upnpower as they move, as in they faster the car goes the stronger that super gets, or something like that. My buddy has a vortech in his 03 gt, along with k&n cold air, borla stinger s type cat-backs, MAC long tube headers, 75mm throttle body and plenum, toming adjuster, underdrivepulleys, and an upgraded clutch and flywheel. Oh and 3.73 gears. We did a dyno test and hes runnin 575 horses and 560 lb ft tourqe. Pain in the *** build process but the results are amazing
