Ok here are the parts I currently have on my car. American muscle CAI, and a o/r X-pipe. What other mods should I get for my 2v?

(I have a 99-04 2v V8 )

TheMuffinMan,

I like the front of your GT for sure, very unique! I can definitely recommend some parts for you, but first What are your plans for the car? Do you plan on going the Road Course a lot? Drag Strip? Car Shows? Daily Driver?

Once I have a better understanding, I can point you in the right direction!

Chip and tune? You mean either a chip or a tuner?

Yes, best to get a reprogramming tuner so you can update your tune along with your mods.

I know I saw huge gains with my 4V, I'm sure you should see good gains too

It would be stupid to get a chip and tune. A chip tunes the car so does a tuner. I'd rather have a tuner than a stupid chip that ill most likely end up breaking due to my carelessness. Unless your using chip and tuner interchangeably. I admit I'm confused by what you meant. XD Though I will tune the care. American muscle gives free to tunes for life!

I saw big improvements with my 2v after I purchased my tuner. Granted my car is fully bolted on with a little spray..it would still be a good investment if you plan on ever getting more in depth with your mods as you can constantly update your tunes. Also, a nice throttle body and plenum combo would really open it up as well.
