Well, I had no idea that there were Arizon-ians here....how cool. Been here a while, and have never meant anyone from around these parts!

What kind of cars do you drive Spooty? And Harper, I might be going UofA soon, so I might be seeing you too...!

Just to let you know Spooty, I don't know what your Saturdays (around 5-6ish) are like, but on Power Rd and Hampton (across the street from Superstition Springs Mall) is an awesome car show. There are some really nice older Mach's there and a few Shelby's. YOu should come check it out sometime and let me know if you are comin' over...

If you wanna give me a call so we can hit up some food and then go, please do:

Edited by Brad: You might want to PM him your phone number rather than posting it on the web.

Congrats on the GT, they are a blast to drive.
They are incredible. Picked it up yesterday and already put another 200 or so miles on it that day. The GT has so much power, it almost feels like you can't control the beast. However, after a while it just feels great. The nice to coast at 75mph and only at 1800rpm. Trying not to push my new baby, trying to stay around 65 for the first 1000 or so miles, however, it's hard to control the urge to push that pedal down to the floor.

Today I pushed down a little while on the ramp to the highway and was at 90mph before I even left the ramp. WOW, what a feeling but I am sure that I don't have to tell you guys that.

Cool car.

By the way, did you get 0% interest rate?
That would have been nice. I took the $2500 rebate, had a trade, and paid the rest from savings. Waited to get something like this for a while. I'm 27, married, no kids, and insurance for that baby is only $1100 year. Now, the only thing I hope is that gas won't be $3 gal. soon

Great looking GT!! I test drove an 04 GT vert today...all I can say is wow! The salesman kept telling me "open her up,open her up"...so I did. It's a little intimidating, especially since I haven't driven anything that powerful since 1989,lol!
Seems this dealer just isn't ready to haggle over price yet...I made an offer,he made a counter offer.I stood up,said "have a nice day" and the wife and I walked out. Of course he followed (as they most often do) and asked "what can I do to get you in that GT"? My simple answer...accept my offer,LOL!!
