I need some help finding the right words!

I was washing my car yesterday and noticed something has gone bad! On my passenger side ¼ window, the weather-stripping stuff is coming splitting! How do I look for this, and what is it called? It is not the trim, but a black part of the weather stripping. That is that comes to my screwed up mind!! I was going to look on latemodelrestoration.com. On there, it is easier for me. If another site is better, tell me that as well, please!

Thanks in advance!

found one!

94-04 WEATHERSTRIP, RH QUARTER WINDOW INNER BELT, CONVERTIBLE

LRS-29707 $21.95

I think I found it! Now, is the passenger side the RH or the LH? Why can’t they just say drivers or passenger side? I need help with this small issue now though. Both pictures are the same, so I cannot go by that!

Is that a good price??

RH would be the passenger side.

I assume they use RH/LH rather than Driver/Passenger due to the fact that depending on the counrty the Driver may actually be on the Right hand side of the car(i.e. Britain/Australia). I know that wouldn't be the case for the mustang but it would be potentially relevant for other models.

I am re-opening this back up! The part I got from 50resto.com was the wrong part! It was for the inside, and I need the outside! Now, I will look for it! Does anyone know what it is called? Is “outside” even the right word? Thanks!

Yeah, I have looked and it does not make any sense to me!! The page, I think it, is on is: http://www.latemodelrestoration.com/products.aspx?category=MWEATHER13

Will someone look and type back for me, please! I am trying, but my brain is thought out I guess. My jacked-up brain only works when it wants to!! Thanks!!

I am really looking for one and nothing! In the description it says:
Convertible quarter window outer belt weatherstriping is located on the outside of the quarter window. Wipes the window clean as it is rolled down.
It sounds to me like what I am looking for. I will keep looking.

I found this...

LR548- Passenger side interior side-glass sealing weatherstrip for 1994-2004 Mustang models. $34.95

I am not too sure this is what I need though! It does not say quarter window, so I think this is to the side full window. What do y’all think? Maybe what I need is included with it? Thanks!!

Oh, from yearone.com.

I found one for a Fox body!! Too bad mine isn't though.

Latemodel Restoration e-mailed me today. It is quarter window belt molding (LRS-42318C). The piece I need comes as a whole set, or something. Thanks!!
