How much would you pay

How much would you pay for a 2000 convertible that doesn't run? Need help!

To little info. Rusty? Southern car? High mileage? Is it abused?

It has 170000 miles on it. Body and paint is in okay condition. They Replaced fuel pump and on way home the car shut off and won't turn back on, not sure what the problem is.
