What was the fastest mustang 99-04? I think it's the roush stage 3

 

I'd say the Cobra, but it's a wide open question when you ask "which is fastest"

 

Both at stock settings which is fastest? The terminator cobra or the roush stage 3

Saleen S281E is even faster, also the highest rated HP at over 425+. Ran mid 12s stock and with slicks was in the mid 11s.

Or if you wanted both you could get a Roush Cobra or Saleen Cobra. Both are very rare.

 

Since we're talking cobra I love the 99-01 front bumper better than the 03-04

 

99 and 01>03-04 for me
