i was just wondering if anyone had anything bad or good to say about the 1994 cobra. i was going to buy a black with black leather interior. 5 speed. i was wanting to know alittle about those cars before i acctually bought it. can anyone help?

 

they are nice cars, i hate the wheels though. the motor has those stupid hyperluetetic pistons and stuff, the computers in the 94-95 cars have issues adjusting to cams or anything, so if i were you i would swap it for a 89 computer, but otherwise its all good.

 

its going to be sort of a daily driver. maybe some small bolt ons. i really dont know. i want it to run good and sounds good too.

94 cobras are nice cars. Unless you are gonna really throw some power at it ( ie, supercharger, lots of nitrous, or turbo) then the hyper pistons will do you just fine. I say go for it.

 

Well your right on one point. Without tuning the computer for the cam, it'll be a little aggravated.

But, if you talk to any tuner worth his salt, he'll tell you not to swap out the computers because the 94-95 eec-iv's are far superior than the earlier A9L. As long as you get a tuner that has tuned them before and knows what he's doing, you can tune for absolutely any mod you throw at it!!
