I was wondering if anyone has the FR500/FRPP steering wheel for 94-98 mustangs?It is advertised as being black leather and I just wanted to make sure it was black not dark charcoal before I order it.
I have a 97 Saleen Cobra vert with black interior and do not want it if it is dark charcoal from the 99 and up interior colors.

I thought it was more Charcoal, but I could be wrong. I was thinking about getting the wheel for my Mach, and I know the colors are a little off. I'll do some checking, when I get a chance on mach1registry.com . . . I think that is where I have seen actual pictures of the wheel on a car.

EDIT: Ok it does look more 'black'. Here it is on a Azure Mach. Notice the color difference from the center section . .

 

I met a guy with a '96 Mystic Cobra that has the FR500 wheel and it looks perfect with the black leather. If it IS dark charcoal, you can not tell cause it looked very black.

 

I am just that good nah, I pay attention to SALEEN Cobras, i love them. Have any pics of your car.
