It'd probably be easier to just saw off all crap ill be trashing, then just jack up the car and bolt everything i need to on. This'd probably take at least a full day, more than likely 2 full days...
I might just do it myself once I get the ok to buy everything i need... With everything off, would I still have to remove the engine or could I just reach it from underthe car? I'd like to do it all myself and save over $1000. Plus I'd love to do my own work...

Of course, there are some that insist on doing their own work, and they've done their own headers.
i can only tell you what i had to do to fit them to my 94 and i am far from an expert on this im sur ethere will be better qualified people on here that can advise you but anyway here goes
I had to remove the old exhaust then the battery, alternator and pipework from the smog pump, i then removed the plugs (well i didnt i forgot and smashed them all when the old headers came off) then discounnect the pipe that leads up from the header on the passenger side to the engine completely (a new one comes with the kit)
unbolt the header bolts on the drivers side you will have to move the dipstick out of the way you can remove this completely but i found t unessacery the old headers will drop out throught the bottom.then do the same to the passenger side.
to fit the passenger side unbolt the engine mount and jack the engine up a couple of inch (take it slow) the new header will now slot in realatively easy bolt it up dont forget to clean off all the old gasket and fit the new ones on the drivers side disconnect the steering and the header will slide in from underneath again bolt it all up and start putting everything back in you will have to find a way of remounting the dipstick, the pipe from the header to the engine on the passenger side can be a bad fit so take your time with it, now put everything back in and job done you will have to alter the smog pipework in my case i just did away with all of it
hope that helps
