well i finally got the cobra on the dyno to get a baseline. i was totally satisfied with how it did in stock form. the first run was the best at 380 H/P and 369.8 T/Q, the second run with only about 5min cooldown was 375.8 H/P and 367.2 T/Q and the final run was 366.6 H/P and 359.5 T/Q. not bad for a bone stock car. so now let the modding begin

I'll never have those numbers. That's fine though, I'll keep representing with the 97GT and get the supercharger. 300hp will be the goal. That's more then I'll ever need.

Wow, awesome numbers! I can't believe how much these things are under-rated.

I agree, very good numbers. Some simple exhaust mods, pulley and a good custom tune and you will easily be around 425-450rwhp area.

thanks, my goal is to be around 450hp but that could change, as far as mods go i'll probably do the normal pully, chip exhaust but not sure if i want to go to a 3.10 pully or a 2.8. it all depends on how the funds are when i'm ready. also haven't decided what cat-back i want but i'm leaning towards the stingers. and it's BLACK so it's a pain to keep clean. by the way i had to change my user name because i couldn't log in under my other name.

Nice numbers Chris. With a couple of simple mods like those said above, you'll be at warp speed in no time.

Great numbers I have seen lightly modded (CAI, catback, etc.) Cobras making those numbers.
