Clutch noise

My clutch is making noise when my foots not on it but when I put my foot on it it stops.. Anyone know what the problem is. Thanks

Throw out bearing. Very common problem. Go with a ford throw out bearing or it will not stop

You can buy it at american muscle or latemodelrestoration. But let me give you a piece of advice, if you are to go through all the effort of dropping the transmission to replace the TOB you might as well go ahead and replace the clutch at the same time, unless it is fairly new. It dosent have to be an expensive job maybe $350, if you can do it yourself. I will give you a link to the TOB and a good replacement clutch,

Not: do not use the TOB that comes with the clutch kit because they suck and will fail on you very early.
