I am thinking of putting a set of Bullitt pedals on my wife's '05 GT Vert and would like to know how the pedals mount. I know they are not a stock fit and modification will be necessary. Thanks for the help! :worship:

they fit over the metal part of the pedal. I would equate it to a pair of socks on your feet.

It's not as easy as it looks. I used WD-40 and a screw driver to get mine in.

Clutch and brake pedal pads went on easily enough with a hair dryer, windex, and a flathead screwdriver. The bracket for the dead pedal needs to be rebent and it will work just fine. However, the accelerator pedal is another matter entirely. It seems that Ford in their wisdom decided to drop the cable set-up of the accelerator from the 99s-04s and went with a rheostat/servo set-up instead. Next rainy day, I plan to drop the accelerator assembly to see how it works. Maybe there is a cable through the back, but I doubt it. Anyone had their's apart yet?
