What is the part number for the Bulbs which light up your License Plate?

This is on a 96 Cobra.

PS - Don't buy the after-market 168's -- heard they can melt those plastic housings above the license plate area.

I believe that is only if you add a higher wattage bulb. Same thing will happen if you add a higher wattage bulb to 96-98 cobra foglights

Anyone know where i could get those covers for license plate bulbs? One of mine is busted open.
