Anyone know what the best brake kits are for a 99-04 Mustang? Does anyone have a big brake kit available for this model? If so would that be better than Brembos or would a simple Cobra brake upgrade be more cost efficient for the peformance they offer?

the cobra brake upgrade is a great deal for the performance you get. the bullit brakes are the same just with a nice red pony caliber. http://www.gefracing.com carries them. also find it here. http://www.discbrakesrus.com/make/ford/mustang.htm

Baer makes good products too but on the pricey side. The previous post most likely be your best choice.

I say go withe Baer setup. There is a girl that works at Coccia that has them on her GT, and she said that she loves them, and get stop great even after beating on them consistently.

I've heard several people tell me that they are a quality, but not cheap system.
