Blackout, with or without spoiler???
I have an 01 Zinc Yellow Mustang Gt, its currently getting a 35% tint job right now. I am ordering blacked out rear tail lights, black honeycomb rear lid panel, black lower rear decal. I also have an sct tuner and a valentine one on the way which I am hardwiring. Im trying t decide if i want to leave the stock spoiler on the car or not. If it sways your opinions or not i am also getting 1.5 in spacers for the rear this summer. If you guys could give me some ideas it would be great, thanks

I blacked out my rear spoiler. I was going to remove it but when I took it off and saw the paint under there and the holes, I knew even with plugs and paint that I wouldn't be able to create a clean enough appearance to make me happy. That said if you can clean up the holes under the spoiler to your liking I also think the no spoiler look is very nice.

No spoiler looks alright but you still have holes in your trunk. I had a zinc yellow 02 with black tail lights and letters (no honeycomb or blackout) but I thought it looked fine with the spoiler. If anything I would have wanted the cobra spoiler. Those are sick. But here's an idea... Go for the Mach 1 look. Plasti dip it so if you dont like it you can just peel it off.

I honestly didnt know about plastidip until you just said it, I looked at a bunch of different cars where people used plastidip and it looks amazing. Im going to plastidip the spolier and the bottom center of the rear bumper. That will be my project for next weekend, I'll make sure to add pictures!!

Cool man, post pics for sure. Do some google searches on using it too. I would practice a little on something other than your car. Not that you couldnt just take it off. But it's better to practice on something else so you don't have to do it more than once on your car. Get some goo gone for over spray removal.
