Anyone think this is worth $100K?

I agree, its usually only on higher end cars, that way the bidders aren't SPAM'd with solicitations from other ebays to buy another high-end car.
Yes, the seller's friends may have bid it up, but since it hit the reserve, the seller has to pay some hefty fees to ebay. the guy wanted the car paid for in full in 7 days, yet has a lien on the car, and must pay it off before you can get the title. Sounds like a scam to me.

yeah, i like flip flop paint as you can see from my models. but all mine only change from one color to another. not 50 different colors. there probably isnt even a smooth transistion(sp) from color to color like on the mystic cobras.

This is a one of a kind car. If he had left it how it came from Saleen. I could have seen someone paying in the area of around 60 -80 for it. Just because it will be a collectors car. But since he riced it out. I wouldnt see any way anyone would put even 30 in it. Thats what you get when people that have no knowlege about cars starts bidding on a riced out hunk of D*ck.

too much into the stereio dvd and sound sytem to me... and the color is horrible !
i could see 50-60 maybe but like what was already mentioned if it was kept original
but that dude is carzie paying$130,000
you could build/ or have a car built that would be way better than that car!
for way less money 2!

That colour looks excellent on a TVR Tuscan (which, incidentally, it was mixed for).
No BS here, the actual TVR in Swordfish is now owned by a guy I know. A condition of him buying it was that TVR didn't sell any other Tuscans in this country for 8 months after he had it. Of course, TVR broke the deal. It's in the courts now, seems like he will get 50% of the cars value back.
I will be back with pictures of his car.....

So, based on that, why is this car so much more special? Something just doesn't make sense.

I wouldn't buy a low mileage V6 off someone if I saw those lights on the car. I would spend too many nights wondering what else they did with the car.

I do not like it at all. Too much to look at, less is more. Also has too many miles for 99 one of four special paint, that's a show car to ask that kind of money. Wheels and Tails are Rice. Would like too see if the engine and bay is detailed completely road dirt free and polished clean for anything near that price. I have no problem paying for a rare or well cared for show vehicle in general. Saleen isn't that big of a seller here, 8, 03's still sitting on lot as of July with 6K rebates.

The brakes look like they've never been touched, and who's signiture is that under Saleens on the dash. BTW that 1.3 mil Camaro was the only '68 Z/28 built for one of the GM execs so they could get the regular Z/28s approved. Maybe if they kept doing things like that the Camaro would still be around...

Someone bid the last auction to $130K, and they turned out to be a fake, what surprise!
