Anyone know of a good tune for an '03 gt

Hey guys im looking into getting more out of my stang. So far i have only added flowmasters, everything else is stock. I'm thinking about getting a tune. Anyone have experience with any tunes? And what was the end result MPG, HP, TQ?

I have the Sniper tuning software for my car and LOVE IT..it lets me do almost anything with timing, fuel, gear ratios, fuel octane, x or h pipes..cats or no cats...all that stuff!!
