Whats better a turbo or a super charger?any internals need to be
upgraded fo any of the two?

 

turbo makes more power with less boost. You can do either with out having to do any internal work. just can't go with to much boost

 

I would do twin turbos, and I would also get forged internals, otherwise its a ticking tine bomb...

 

Depends what you want out of the car, turbo's make massive torque, torque breaks engines, centri superchargers make boost as RPM's rise, that is gentler on the engine.

 

Turbos will always make more horsepower, however the create a lot of heat ad you get turbo lag. Superchargers are nice cause of the instant torque

 

Thanks fo all the help..im not looking into making my stang go all out i just want to make a few modifications..and well i think i want to buy a turbo in the future.i only have a bbk 75 m intake flowmaster catback..n a 75m throttle body..so can the stock engine handle the turbo or do i need any more upgrades?..sorry i just dnt know much about this things thanks again for the help

You will have to upgrade the fuel system at the least. If possible then forge the bottom end, that way you're less likely to break anything

Yes you will need to. The "safe tune" that you get is just designed to get you to the dyno

 

which is better is more on taste and budget. A good turbo setup cost a little more than most supercharger kits, also the quality of the tune is a factor. You motor has cast pistons but forged rods and crank from the factory but even so the stock block is really only good for 500-520ish hp before they start to split, only if you get into big boost then spring for a quality block like a dart or world. you will also be looking at injectors and a fuel pump upgrade for starters. and to answer your last ? yes you will need a tune, most tunes can be in the $400-$500 range.
