4v help

I have a 00 gt I need a motor hear soon, so I called my friend at the junk yard and he has a 4v out of a 99 continental low miles but he said there rated at 260 they were detuned for front wheel drive , should I just stick with a 2v or do the swap ?

Great article.

Caught this little gem for all the oil threads. lol

Oil Suggestion - Use only 5w20 weight oil if that's what it call's for. The tolerances are very tight in the valvetrain and any heavier of an oil can eventually cause valvetrain problems because the hydraulic components stay pumped up and never bleed down like they should when the engine is running.
