4.6 rebuild?

Does anyone know whats parts i would need and what steps i would have to take to rebuild my 4.6.

It burns more only then i would like it to and don't really want to mod it knowing that it either has bad valve seals or pistons rings or both..

So if anyone knows what i would need to do or replace. I would appreciate it.

also, anyone know where i could get a cheap stock short block?(block and rotating assembly)

You might also want to try and find an engine/machine shop in your area and ask them too. Even if you don't have them do it, I'm sure you could buy the parts from them.
