Congratulations on the Cobra. You would preferably go with a straight through designed muffler. Single chamber welded aluminum Flowmaster would probably sound pretty great though. It was recommended by me to by my tuner to go with a non-chambered muffler since the terminators don't like any extra back pressure. Even though a single chamber doesn't give much back pressure. Couple of FM race bullets don't sound bad at all on them. I had Bassani and I didn't like the way they sounded. Welded aluminum have a deeper pitch sound also.

Have you picked out an exhaust setup yet? I watched a bunch of videos when I was looking for my Mach exhaust and one termi video I watched had upr o/r x pipe and Mac catback and it sounds nasty. I ended up going with mac pro chamber and Mac catback. If I ever have money I'm going to switch out the o/r pro chamber with an o/r x pipe. It's just not loud enough for me. I've also tossed around the idea of switching to slps. I put them on my v6 and it's really loud. But I think I'll see how I like the sounds of macs with an x and go from there
