a good friend of mine in Dubai got T-Boned by a truck, and his 2002 GT is in need of a door..

he's found a take-off from a Coupe for cheap, but his car is a convertible

would the coupe door fit on the convertible?
i'd assume they're identical.. but checking parts with the dealer resulted in different numbers for the coupe and convertible doors

 

Unfortunately I cant give you a definite answer, but the weather stripping around the top of the door is completely different from coupe to convertible. If there was a problem, I would guess it would arise out of the window not fitting snuggly against the A-pillar or the weather stripping on the convertible top.
