2000 gt keeps throwing codes p300 p301 p302
Yeah that would be a pain. I'd prob triple check every other thing first! lol
Sorry guys I left for a bit. Can you feel it missing? If the compression is all within 10-15 psi then it is something else. Check for vacuum leaks. Intake gaskets for sure. Doubt timing because there will be a compression variation. Regular tests. Swap plugs and injectors of course. Easiest way to eliminate intake is run a little water over the gasket mating surface at 1 and 2 cylinder while running. Should notice a difference if it is. Fuel pressure possibly. 02 sensors may also cause it. Are you still running cats also? Could have damaged one when it blew.
I was thinking timing could still be an issue - if it was just a tooth off. Because you are checking compression of each cylinder independently - and observing the highest pressure on the guage (though not necessarily at exact TDC).
Also, the error codes are only on one bank. Is that the same bank that has the new head?

No. Long term fuel trim for both banks on the scan tool. If more positive or negative on either bank, could help to see if the PCM is compensating for a air/fuel problem. Just helps narrow things down.
K yes problem is on the new head. As far as a vacuum leak I took it to the car wash and soaked the motor hoping to feel a difference and getting it wet didn't change anything. Could a clogged fuel filter be my problem. I bought one anyway. I already did the cops and plug switch on cylinders that weren't coding.

Nothing about them. My ford experience is more limited than on gm and Chrysler. I'm still not thinking that is what your problem is though. Do you have a scan tool. If so see what the LT fuel trim is showing after it has been running for a while. Should have a left and right bank reading.
