what kind of paint (or wrap) is on the one with the blue stripe?

It was SEM trim black as a base coat with grabber bus stripe, all covered with a clear with flattening agent. No wet sanding allowed, however because it would become glossy. Soooo, the downside was scratches were permanent! Kind of a leaning experiment I couldn't live with forever. But thanks for the compliment. It turned heads, and was a beast too!

Here's a handful after a 16-hour full color and paint correction. There isn't a single swirl,scratch, or even any orange-peeling even on this 12 year old paint.
