03 GT Automatic Dies at a Stop with high rpm

When I take off and get up over 50mph quickly , and start to slow down the rpm will stay at 2000rpm when I'm at 20 mph and when I stop completely it drops below 500 and dies. If I don't slow down it will gain speed by itself and won't change gears for a good 30 seconds. I have A NEW IAC A NEW THROTTLE BODY AND NEW MAF. I found and fixed a vaccum leak which didn't fix it. Any help??? Also if I put it in neutral when I slow down the rpm will go up to 3000 rpm
