03-04 cobra changes!!

Mechanically identical, 03 has a black keyhole ring, 04 is chrome
2003 Cobras has grey suede or parchment (tan) suede
2004 Cobras has grey or black suede
2003 only colors are Sonic Blue, Zinc Yellow
2004 only colors are Screaming Yellow, Competition Orange, Mystic
The TSBs for the head tick are on both 03 and 04. It is more common for 03 but some 04s still have the same problems
