CAn any one tell me what were the differences between the 03-04 cobra if any? Just curious.. Thanks!

I think one was silver one year and then black the next.

 

Color options is one. Mystic and sonic blue I think. 03 had the anniversary trim available. Not many if any mechanical changes.

 

Didn't some of the 03's have a valve train knock on drivers side that should have been fixed under a recall?

 

Seat inserts went from gray to black. I know this cause i had a white 03 and saw a couple 04's that the inserts were black. 04's i believe all had chrome rims and 03 it was an option.

 

Yes, early 03's had the head tick and shallow thread spark plugs in the heads.

 

Cylinder head cooling mod. Yep. Not sure if it was recall or tsb.

 

So out of the 2 the 04 would prob be a better buy?

 

I personally like the '03 10th Anniversary SVT in black or red. I love those wheels and the red seat inserts.

 

The red inserts was what made me go with the anniversary. Don't like the suede inserts. Butt sweat soaks in and stains up. That will never come out. The only problem is you may slide a bit in the red seats. Not a problem with the suede.

 

I agree with both of you guys, i love the anniv cars they are sweet, just stuck on that mystic chrome vert for some reason tho!!

 

The mystic is a cool color. I don't like the seat inserts but maybe it's just me. And most people with mystic terminators think they have something really rare. Even though they made more in mystic in 04 than any other color I believe. I personally think sonic blue is the best color. Kicking myself still for not going SB.

Yea i agree with you al, i personally know 2 people with mystic chromes, so they dont seem there that rare, now sonic blue... Yep your right, i dont recall ever seeing one in person!!

Yep. I really regret not going SB. Thought I might get tired of that blue so I went with black instead. If I would have went with a coupe instead of a vert, it would have been SB.

 

You got a very nice car tho al, that black and red anniv is sweet, ill be glad when i can just buy one!! Lol
