That's not normal at all. You should be in the 6.5 range

the exterior is a little rough but the engine seems perfectly fine. it has 145k on it but I don't believe that it would go that slow. I had a just filled up and dont think that would make it an extra 2 seconds...I only got it a few weeks ago and i'm not sure what the last guy did to it or what the 0-60 time was.

Maybe there's gunk in the engine. Some mechanics have swore by seafoam that might help a little bit.

I have a pair of Windsor heads and the complete intake/plenum and injectors if you want them. Its everything you need to make the swap a breeze. The plastic intake doesn't leak and heads have 80k on them. I just ordered new cams and have a pair of heads being ported and polished. I will even include a bbk cai or the stocker. Pm me if your interested

Change the plugs synthetic oil better gas an see What happens. If nothing it might just be you need a little practice. Nothing against you but it took me awhile to get in sync with my stang. Practice makes perfect. Good luck tho

What are your shift points? Or is it an auto an are you spinning tires through 1st cuz that'd do it. How do those glasspacks sound by the way

And try this stuff called lubro-moly. It is a friction reducer. Works great and I am skeptical of all oil additives but this moly really works. And if your gonna go synthetic the only true synthetics out there are red-line,Amsoil,royal purple and mobil has a line of real synthetic but mobil 1 EP or something. Not the regular mobil 1 tho. And if you have an 04 or older DO NOT USE 5w-20. I suggest a 0w-30 or 0w-40 for the best possible protection. And forget the 3000 mile oil change if your gonna go synthetic. Follow the oil manufacturers recommendation when to change. Amsoil 0w30 sso line will go 25000 miles before it needs changed. The xl line goes 15000. In an older vehicle use the xl line. It has more zddp for decreased wear and it has gasket conditioners. Happy driving

It's an auto and the tires to spin a little. And the glass packs sound amazing .. The neighbors hate them..
