Also changing out your gears will give you that "pep" you're looking for. If ford thought a different throttle body would Improve the horse power on a stock motor they probably would have done that from the factory.

Plus labor, plus the bearing kit, plus the fluids, plus the tune (recalibration needed). Your looking at about $700 at the very least.

I have built several rear diffs. And I hate them. So picky on clearances. I pay someone to do mine.
