How much seafoam did you put in? How much gas did you have in it?

I would say pull the plugs and clean them up/dry them.

rebuild probably not. Fix your starter maybe. Then pull your plugs and turn it over for a while to push that seafoam through. Clean or replace your plugs depending on how old they are. Report back

Did that still won't crank at all I even had to get jumped. No solution. I went buy a new starter this morning the old one was fine but I tried anyways and no luck. I dumped a lot in there. So I am going to tear it down to the block and see what is going on.

You removed your plugs and it still would not turn over?? I mean with no plugs in the engine and then try to tun it over.

Did you have starter problems before? Hard to think that you wore the teeth off the flywheel ring just over too much seafoam.

Well like I previously said yes I tried all that. No plugs in car, and tried to start the motor wouldn't budge. Wether jumping the battery, or change of the starter like I previously said nothing was even wrong with the starter I had. In the past I never even had problems with the starter. However I did at onetime let my car sit up for a while with coolant in oil pan from not draining the coolant before removing the lower intake and it acted a little different ever since that day. Ill know for a fact when I strip it all down. I planned a rebuild anyways.

Hmm... you know when a cylinder is filled with liquid (anti-freeze, seafoam, oil) the engine will not budge when trying to turn over, right?
But if you had all the plugs out at the same time then the liquid would have been pumped out. Curious how/why the motor has seized (according to your description)?

This whole thread makes no sense to me. Seafoaming an engine turns in to a full engine rebuild. Wtf. I think smoke just came out of my ears. Not enough information to make any real suggestions. I need to know:1) does the starter spin 2) if it does, does it make a grinding noise 3) why the **** would you pull an engine to replace a flywheel/flexplate 4) why did you seafoam whatever you did with the engine not running.
