Hey everyone, I haven't posted much lately. I thought y'all would appreciate this, or maybe despise it. Either way I can't go anywhere today even though I have my baby's rear tires chained up. Just curious, has anyone else ever chained up their mustang? Or am I the only one? Hope y'all have a good day!

True, its one of the best cars ever built- then why would Ford put the worst rims they could find on this car?

My mother's Taurus has 16" mag-style rims. They came stock. And they look GOOD! too good for a Taurus! Meanwhile, I'm driving in a cool car, with painted, 15" 4 spoke rims!?

NOT FAIR!

I just changed mine for the 2001 V6 16" rims, not perfect, but a heck of a lot better than the 15"'s!

I live in Buffalo. No snow here right now. Actually it is raining right now but I do have snow tires on the rear. It's been a pretty mild winter. My 99 V6 is my only car so its been driven through 2 1/2 winters now.

You probably should've waited. I used to live in Twin Falls, Idaho, wintere are really bad there.

You lived in Twin Falls? I am only about an hour away from there, in Hailey. We have had about 5 or 6 feet of snow this winter so far. My poor stang is so dirty, but I can't wash it cause it will just dirty up again due to the snow finally melting off. Oh well, come spring, I will wash and wax it up to a shine! Yeah, I lived in Twin Falls from 1999 until 2002. I really liked that town and I'm planing to go for a visit in few months.
I know how tough winters are there, I used my Mustang as daily driver all year, I didn't had winter vehicle. Now that I finaly have winter vehicle (F-150) - there is no snow.
