My AC is coming out the windshield and feet even though the dial is set for max to come out the dash vents. The **** is working cause I can turn the system off.
Is this a vacuum leak or what?

 

Similar thing happens in my dads 03 f-150 he solved it by taking his radio bezel out and putting something there to keep the flow to the vents. Lol.

 

Up the hood and look on the drivers side at the firewall near the window and you will see a hard plastic vacuum line. Check and see if it's cracked or broken. This is very common on Mustangs. Mine did and all i did was took cut the plastic line where it was't rotted, cleaned all the old rotten plastic out the rubber grommet, stuck the plastic back in the grommet and put it back on the connector and it was good again. Hope this helps.
