what size are the stock gears in a 2001 v6 automatic? I am looking to swap out the gears, but I am not a gearhead by any means and I want to know what size gears I should go with if I want to improve my acceleration.

Thanks,

sean

i believe it has 3.23 gears now. for a good balance of accelearation and MPG, use 3.73. for more accelleration and worse MPG, use 4.10

3.27's actually. And don't fear the gear. 4.10's in an auto won't be that bad.
