Please help!!!!

Okay I have a 2000 v6 mustang 97000 miles with serious lag problems. I'm talking a prious can take me off the line. I have 3.73 gears in the rear, cold air intake, a sct power flash tuner, I run 91 premium octane gas. I have a new fuel filter that I put in two days ago. Ran sea foam in my gas to clean my injectors and what not, also have had a technician at a Ford dealership look at my car as well. I had read an article concerning my balancer so I had bought and replaced that as well. Also tried putting a msd coil pack and still...... nothing has solved my lag issue. We can not seem to find the d*** problem! Please help! Any suggestions!
