Pcv bypass with valve covers and they dont have baffles

I was just curious what would happen if I didn't have baffles on my valve covers and had breathers by passing PVC?

Without baffles, windage could be a problem - starving some valves for oil and or effecting the drainage rate back to the crankcase. Having breathers will just spray oil mist in your engine bay.
