Oil

I just have a quick question. My '94 V6 3.8L has 188k miles on it. I was just wondering what type of oil and brand you guys would recomend to put in it and what weight. I don't know what weight to put in it cause I don't have an owner's manuel. Thanks for any help!

Do a quick Google search and use the manufactures recommended brand and weight.

5w-20 motorcraft. Is what's recommended.
Really any decent brand is ok.

One more question, How many quarts of oil do I need to out in it when i change the oil? I called my local Ford dealer and they couldnt tell me. Its the 3.8L V6.
